Our Story
After a short time as an independent artist, Debra formed the idea of a beauty team in 2017 following 12 years of makeup artistry with a previous team which she helped build and grow. Having been in the industry and being committed to making all special occasions a truly memorable and fabulous experience combined with her passion for empowering women and enhancing a woman's natural beauty, Beauty by Creative at Heart was breathed into existence in 2017 and became official in early 2018.
Knowing that to be successful, the team needed skilled and dedicated artists who were equally passionate about their craft. The process of searching for like-minded, local artists began and soon our team was formed. We have a large team of incredible artists that are excited to pamper you and make you look and feel your absolute best.
Our team - with over 100 years of combined experience - is built on the basic core values of honesty, integrity, dependability, efficiency, and of course, teamwork. Each artist brings to the team her own individual style and together, we are a well-rounded and diverse family of professionals bringing beauty to you. Our mission is simple ... to help you be the best YOU you can be!
We have had the honor and privilege of working with some of the industry's finest vendors and have built strong friendships and relationships with many of them. We work exceptionally well with our industry friends to ensure your day is a stress-free and memorable experience. We are excited to work with you, whether we pamper one or many, you can expect the same excellence from Team BCH.
Our Work
Although we are based in South Florida and the Treasure Coast, we happily travel for destination venues.
Weddings are only the beginning of what we do! Our services extend far beyond the aisle. We collaborate with some of the industry’s finest professionals on editorials, model and styled shoots, and creative projects. We also provide on-site beauty for formal events including prom, senior portraits, executive and business sessions, maternity and new momma shoots, girls’ nights in or out, and those moments when you simply want to feel like the very best version of yourself.

Garden Paradise
This romantic celebration unfolded in a lush garden hideaway at the Historic Palm Lodge. Our team traveled to Redland, Florida, to bring the couple’s vision to life with soft-glam makeup and effortlessly romantic hairstyling. Delicate parasols and tropical charm set the perfect tone for Hannah and Chandler’s unforgettable day.

Ranch Chic
This styled lakeside engagement celebration was just the right touch of equestrian romance. Perfectly staged and captured by an amazing team of vendors. 5 hair and makeup changes and 12 hours of shooting made for a long day but we think it was well worth it!

Beachfront Perfection
Oceanfront and a landmark venue? What a fabulous and gorgeous celebration. A team of six of our artists were onsite at the Mansion of Tuckahoe to pamper this gorgeous group. Small or large party, our BCH team is ready to spoil you and make your day-of beauty stressfree and enjoyable!
