What area do you serve? 

We provide on-location services in the South Florida and Treasure Coast area; however, we are available for destination weddings. Travel fees will be calculated at the time of the request.

How long does it take for hair and makeup?  
Depending on the service and the event, makeup and hair can take from 30 minutes to well over an hour per service.

Do you offer discounts for veterans, police officers, and first responders?

We honor and happily provide a discount to the brave men and women who have served, and currently serve our country and our communities. If you are one of them, thank you for your service! We appreciate you!

Bookings and deposits.  
Weddings & Events  A 50% non-refundable deposit AND a signed agreement are required to confirm and save your wedding date. To be sure your wedding day is as stress-free as possible, balances are due 7 days prior to your wedding day or special event. If the booking is made less than two weeks from the date of your event, full payment is due at the time of booking.
Individual Private Appointments A 50% non-refundable deposit AND a signed agreement are required to confirm and save your appointment date. The balance is due by using the invoice link sent prior to your artist departing OR in cash to the artist(s) directly. 


How can I pay for my services?
You will receive an invoice for services with a convenient link for payment. We love cash! We provide a discount for invoices / agreements paid entirely in cash - this does not apply to individual add on services or gratuity. We accept credit cards, as well as CashApp, and Venmo. Invoices are required to be paid in full 7 days prior to your special event. Gratuity is added to all invoices as a convenience to our clients. This amount can be adjusted as needed and is not considered for deposits and final payments. Cash tips on the day of your wedding/event are always welcome and appreciated.

Booking premium, in-demand dates and holidays.
Our team is available for premium dates and holidays for an additional charge. Availability and artists will not be held until a deposit and agreement are received. We recommend securing these dates as soon as possible. 
 

What should I and my party do to prepare for day-of services? 
Everyone should arrive with clean, moisturized faces and unless requesting a blow out, have completely dry, one-day dirty hair. *Additional charges will be added for those arriving with damp/wet hair and the schedule will be affected. Do not wash your hair the morning of your event unless your hair is extremely oily. Consult your artist for specific recommendations to give you the best results for hair and makeup. Can I add services on the day of my wedding?
We are happy to accommodate requests for additional services provided there is time to do so. Additional services will be done following everyone originally scheduled. Cash payments are required for add-ons. 

Are my services guaranteed?
Your event date (and artist(s) if a trial has been done) are guaranteed with a 50% deposit and signed agreement. A deposit made without the contract is considered a booking, although your event/wedding must have a contract on file to avoid cancellation. While we do honor a good faith verbal commitment, your date will be released when 1) another event conflicts with your date and is secured or 2) a deposit and contract has not been received  at least 14 days prior to your event. Holding a date and guaranteeing availability requires a deposit. 

Is it required to have a trial?  

Trials are not required but they are recommended 2-6 months prior to your event. Engagement photos, bridal showers, and bachelorette events are great days to schedule!

Will the artists for my trial be the same artists on my wedding day?
Of course! Your artists will not take a trial date without availability on your wedding date. Their services are also guaranteed when you secure your wedding date. If for any reason your artist(s) are unable to work your wedding day, you will be advised in advance and offered a complimentary trial with another one of our amazing artists.
